As always we slept reasonably well at the
Bann Pantai Resort in
Cha-am.
We wake up at about seven o'clock.
It rains pretty hard again.
When Pia has done her exercises, we walk quickly to the restaurant, it is still raining, but
less hard.
Fortunately the breakfast is fine, the weather is not.
Various weather reports indicates that it remains rainy all day long.
And that forecast has also come true.
After breakfast we go for a walk along the beach because it doesn't rain anymore.
There is a lot of wind, so walking along the surf is a bit tricky, we would like to keep our
shoes dry.
It also starts to rain again, harder and harder.
We walk back along the boulevard and it just keeps raining.
We drink coffee at the Café Amazon.
Back in the hotel we are pretty soaked.
Tom immediately takes a hot shower, but Pia wants to go to the sea and also swimming in the
pool.
She also does the latter, but only four o'clock in the afternoon.
We see hotel guests, who arrived in the course of the morning yesterday, depart, they don't
want to sit in the rain all day long we think.
But we are in the rain all day long.
At about obe o'clock we walk to the street and look for a seller of crab and shrimp.
We order some crab and some shrimp, let it prepare and eat it on the terrace in front of
our room.
